Ark Flood Fever Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Fncore, Inc. built Ark Flood Fever as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Fncore, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
Information Collection and Use
Ark Flood Fever has no accounts of its own, never asks you to sign in, and never asks for your name, email, location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
The game keeps a few things so that you can pick up where you left off: the next level to play and how many tries it has had, your rainbow coins, the animals you have met, the hats and power-ups you have, whether you have seen the opening story, and your Sound effects, Music and Vibration settings. They are kept on your device and copied to your own account, so a reinstall or another device carries on where you left off: on an iPhone or iPad to your iCloud (if you are signed in to iCloud); on Android to your Google account, by Android’s backup (if backup is on) and by Google Play Games (if you have a Play Games profile, which signs in to the game by itself). We cannot read these copies; Apple and Google keep them under their own privacy policies. Deleting the app deletes the copy on your device; the copies in your account are managed in your iCloud, Google account or Play Games settings.
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to tell us how the game is played, as described below, and on Android Google Play Games to keep the copy of your progress above. It contains no advertising, crash reporting or tracking services.
Analytics
To see which levels are too hard or too easy and where players stop, the app sends Google Analytics for Firebase a record of what happens in the game:
- levels started, won, lost, restarted or left, with the level number, its difficulty, which try it was, how long it was played, how high the flood got and how many arks were left;
- finishing the opening story and the first level’s tutorial;
- rainbow coins earned;
- changes to the Sound effects, Music and Vibration settings, and their current values.
Firebase also records some information on its own: when the app is first opened, how long and how often it is used, the device model, the operating system and app versions, and a random identifier created for this installation of the app. Your device’s IP address is used to estimate the general region you are in (country and city); it is not stored with this information.
None of this is linked to your name, your email or any account, and we cannot identify you from it. We use it only to understand and improve the game. Google processes it for us under the Firebase and Google privacy policies. Event-level data is kept for two months and the per-installation data for up to 14 months; after that only totals remain. Deleting the app stops it.
Tracking
We do not track you. The app does not use your device’s advertising identifier, and neither does its analytics: on iOS the analytics is built without access to it, and on Android the app removes the advertising-ID permission. Nothing follows you across other companies’ apps and websites.
The App Store and Google Play
You download the app through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google collect information when you use their stores, under their own privacy policies:
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use them only to answer you.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The analytics described above records gameplay and device information that is not linked to a name, an email or any account, and we use it only to understand and improve the game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If a future version of the app changes what it collects, for example by adding advertising, we will update this page before that version is released and change the effective date above.
